ADA Lawsuits Filed By Web Platforms in April 2024

The primary responsibility for ADA compliance rests with the owners or operators of websites, who are required to ensure their sites are accessible to individuals with disabilities, regardless of the platform used.

It is important to understand that the filing of lawsuits does not automatically indicate that the platforms are inaccessible or non-compliant. Instead, these legal actions often arise from how businesses manage and maintain their websites across various platforms.
