1. Introduction
Accessibility Statement Pro (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a Shopify app that allows merchants to generate an Accessibility Statement page for their store.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, how we use it, and how we protect it.
2. Information We Access
- Store name
- Store URL
- Merchant-provided contact details (email and phone number entered inside the app)
- Shopify Pages permission (to create or update the Accessibility Statement page)
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
Accessibility Statement Pro:
- Does NOT collect customer personal data
- Does NOT access orders
- Does NOT access payment information
- Does NOT access customer names, emails, or addresses
- Does NOT track store visitors
4. How We Use Information
- Generate an Accessibility Statement page
- Update the page when requested by the merchant
- Provide support if the merchant contacts us
5. Data Storage
We do not permanently store sensitive merchant or customer data.
Any data required for functionality exists only as long as the app is installed.
When the app is uninstalled, all access permissions are automatically revoked.
6. Third-Party Services
If merchants choose to book a meeting through our Calendly link, they will be subject to Calendly’s own privacy policy.
We are not responsible for third-party platforms.
7. Data Security
We follow reasonable security practices to protect store information and comply with Shopify’s API requirements.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date.
